Refunds & Cancellations
All orders are placed with either a full payment or 20% non-refundable deposit (orders under £20 must be paid in full and are not refundable).
If your order is cancelled 72 hours before your order date, you will receive a full refund of any payment made except the non-refundable 20% deposit. If you cancel your order with less than 72 hours notice then full payment will still be required. This is due to having lost other custom for your date and covering the time spent discussing and preparing your order, as well as items already purchased for your specific order.
If you would like to change the date of your order, but keep the order exactly the same, this will incur no extra charges as long as we are given a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Once your order leaves us we are not responsible for any damages. You can call or message us to get it fixed, but this will incur an extra charge. No refund will be given for orders once they have left our premises so please check you are happy with your order before leaving our store.
